The day can be long and maybe a little quiet. For this reason, our house managers will participate and join residents on bike rides around the block and to even the stores like Walmart to of course buy a few things but also to simply have some physical activity during the day and to clear the mind.

 

Our house manager Steven, who is also in this photograph, believes that leaving the house for a little while to feel the sun, hear the city, feel the wind and listen to the birds helps the mind and soul.
